Third in Bloom

Third Street South is a very much like the Villages Fleuri in France – towns whose horticulture and landscaping are an integral part of their architecture. During Third in Bloom, Third Street South Merchants & Neapolitan Enterprises sponsor a dazzling array of floral interpretations, exotic menus, window displays, floral demonstrations, lectures and walking tours. Juried Garden Showcases featuring vignettes are created by area leading garden experts.

Stroll through Garden Vignettes created by Crawford Landscaping, Driftwood Garden Center, Garden District, GardenBleu Landscape Architecture, Golden Gate Nursery, W. Christian Busk Landscape Architects, Inc. and Wizzard Services.

Cast your vote for People’s Choice winner. Located at the corner of Third Street South & 14th Avenue South. Ballots will be available at the Gardens and the Third Street South Concierge Kiosk. Completed ballots must be returned to the Kiosk by 5:00 pm, Friday, March 25th and will also serve as an entry into a Gift Basket Drawing. Both winners will be announced in the Garden Showcase at 12:00 pm on Saturday, March 26th.

5:00-7:00 p.m. - Delicious Drinks and Daffodils. A Tasting of Third in the Gardens. Showcase Garden. Come and experience herbal martinis, tropical delights and other scrumptious libations while taking in the beauty of The Third in Bloom Garden Showcase. On this special evening you can partake in a sampling of what Third Street South has to offer in the area of tasty beverages.
