Palm Cottage, the city's most treasured and respected symbol of Naples history, is the oldest house in Naples(1895) and a landmark in the National Register of Historic Places. Our docent-guided tours of the 3,500 square foot house-turned museum offer an exemplary of Naples history and heritage. Open in February is the new Cottage Theater, a limited 16-seat venue where visitors can relax after a tour and enjoy "Naples Oral Histories", a filmed series of first-hand accounts of Naples's past.  Adjacent to the museum/cottage is The Norris Gardens which chronicle Naples landscape history over the last 100 years. For the entire month of October, retailers and restaurants of Third Street South are going “Pink” in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Through various “pink” promotions, the merchants and restaurants will be raising funds to benefit the Garden of Hope and Courage and the Southwest Florida Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Palm Cottage House Museum Tours by the Naples Historical Society
Palm Cottage, the city's most treasured and respected symbol of Naples history, is the oldest house in Naples(1895) and a landmark in the National Register of Historic Places. Our docent-guided tours of the 3,500 square foot house-turned museum offer an exemplary of Naples history and heritage. Open in February is the new Cottage Theater, a limited 16-seat venue where visitors can relax after a tour and enjoy "Naples Oral Histories", a filmed series of first-hand accounts of Naples's past.  Adjacent to the museum/cottage is The Norris Gardens which chronicle Naples landscape history over the last 100 years.
